1. For warranty support, operation questions, and general inquiries, the support team is available during normal office hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST (-7 GMT) Mon-Fri.
2. For Emergency Assistance outside normal business hours, our support staff is standing by.
3. For assistance with configuration or software updates our remote assistance program provides an easy way for our service team to connect to and interact with your system. All you need is an internet connection to the Utah Scientific software computer. Contact service to set up an appointment.
4. For pre-purchased commissioning and training, customer service can schedule your on-site dates. We highly recommend scheduling in advance, as it is not uncommon for service to have appointments scheduled out 30 days or more.
