The VXC-400E/32 is a video crosspoint and a system controller combined. Depending on the application, this board can be configured as a controller and router, or router only. There are  inputs that are received from four input cards that are switched through a single crosspoint IC. The crosspoint will then switch the appropriate inputs to the 32 outputs located on the four output cards.
